How To Use Your Pi To Buy/Sell Product On The Pichainmall Website

 *HOW TO BUY/SELL ON PI CHAIN MALL WEBSITE*

    👉Go to PI Browser

    👉Clear pi://welcome pi

    👉Tap or Paste https://www.pichainmall.com

    👉Click OK or ✔️

    👉Click Account

    👉Change language (English, French China..)

    👉Click home

    👉Select the country (click on Pi Chain Mall China / Vietnam / Malaysia /Philippines / Ghana / Ivory Coast / Niger / US / UK / Canada) etc...

   ⭕️NB: You can only pay in your country PCM  ( only  seller can decide to sell in another country PCM but not from the beginning )

    👉Select the product(s) to buy

    👉Click Buy Now

    👉Fill out the form (first names, surname, contacts, address..)

    👉Click Submit

    👉Click on the cross (top left)

    👉Click + to increase the number of items or - to decrease the number

    👉Click Submit Order

    👉Click Pay Now

    👉Click on ⚪️, which will become ☑️ (bottom right)

    👉Click Pay Now

    👉Paste your recovery phrase (all 24 words)

    👉Click confirm

    👉Click close

    👉Click on validate (to return to the home page).

At the center, you can see Icons like Medals / Pi NFT / Pi Pet

👉Click on Pi Pet

👉You will be directed to PiPet Website

👉Click on Me

👉Enter invitation code: 239309

👉Click on signin...signin to claim your pipet coin

To get more pipet, remember to sign in daily & click the sign(mark the calendar) daily.

    🛑NB: The Pi sent goes to the PCM  account, not the Seller.

    🛑After this step, the seller will have the notification on his email and the PI Chain Mall ( order)

    👉 He clicks on order and selects the products purchased by the buyers. He gets the buyer's contact information to chat with him about delivery issues... then validates the orders after checking all information to call the buyer.

    Confirmed orders will end up at the ''Shipping'' level.

    👉 The seller must fill in the form of the express or delivery company (name and telephone number of the company...) for each order after he has confirmed the shipment.

    👉When the buyer receives his product, he checks it and upgrades to the Shipped level on the pi chain mall site in the PI navigation.

    👉If the product is good, he clicks on the delivery confirmation, and on the page that opens, he clicks on confirm.

    🛑So PI Chain Mall returns the Pi to the seller's account.

    🛑If it is not the product ordered or if the product has issues  or there is an error, the buyer can negotiate with the seller in chat information

    ⭕️If there's not any solution, the buyer can involve PCM after-sele by clicking on after-sale 

    🛑 Then, he describes the problem with the product. .thereafter, he photographs the product with the camera presented and submits the request to the after-sales service.

    👉Customer service, in turn, negotiates with the seller about the product.

    🛑N.B. .the transaction fee will be refunded to the buyer, but the freight or shipping cost will not be refunded.
